The day before the show, we went out to chill with the show committee and Malaysian exhibitors in one of the many many clubs in the Philippines !

And here are the photos during the show!

After the cat show, the Philippines organiser invited us to have dinner which was only outside the show hall.

A' Famosa -FSM- CFA International Cat Show

In 2006 (25th Nov-26th Nov), We attended a 2 day, 4 rings show which was held in Melaka, Malaysia.  It was our first time to attend an international cat show.  During that time, we showed two of our persians in a novice class in which we were able to achieve 'Champion' title for both the cats we showed.  It was a cream cpc male and a cream colorpoint which now has been retired in our breeding programme and has been rehomed to a pet home and the other one is now living in a new cattery which concentrating on breeding himalayan and other colors.

We were the first Bruneians who actually attended CFA cat shows intenationally.  Being new in the cat fancy, during that time, we were a little bit lost when it comes to bringing the cats to the judging table and waiting to be judge!  We still remembered when we first arrive at the airport, we rushed to get a cab to bring us to claim our cats at the cargo.  It was almost an hour journey from the airport to the cargo.

After doing all the declaration and all documentation at the cargo, we asked our cab driver named 'Pakcik Manan' to send us to A'famosa Resort as that was the choosen place for foreign exhibitors to stay   With the heavy rain and heavy traffic, we reached at the destination around 10pm and the cats needs to be bath as they both were wet!  We didnt actually slept that first night as we need to make sure that the cats will be well presented.  One of us ended acting like a living "zombie" during the first day!

Here are some photos for you to enjoy!
